Diamond Brand Gear is a well-established contract cut and sew manufacturer for the outdoor industry. They are also an emerging outdoor gear brand ready to prioritize their own product lines.

The Challenge

While Diamond Brand Gear (DBG) did a good job with B2B marketing, specifically by direct outreach to their primary customer, The Boy Scouts of America, they had little online traffic or brand awareness in the greater B2C markets. DBG hired Status Forward to help them build a search results presence and website traffic, specifically for their wall tent line.

The Outcome

The Status Forward team worked with Diamond Brand Gear and their existing marketing partner to optimize key pages for SEO and UX and design additional landing pages to better capture a key audience. Additionally, Status Forward developed a new SEO-informed blogging strategy to enhance existing rankings and build authority on new brand-relevant topics.

The Diamond Brand Gear SEO campaign was a huge success! DBG is now on the first page of search results for all top keywords, including dozens of high-volume competitive keywords related to their flagship product line.

DBG now has superior traffic stats and brand awareness for all wall tent and scout-related keywords.

Their top organic page originally earned 225 monthly visits from 168 keywords. Now it generates 942 monthly visits from 322 keywords.
