From the office to the outdoors, your website needs to speak to its ideal audiences on any device. We design and develop websites that reflect your brand’s unique look and voice while driving purposeful user action.
An Intentional Approach to Web Design
Whether you’re managing a visitor bureau, growing a clothing brand, or running a nonprofit, your website is likely your most valuable marketing tool. This is especially true if your website brokers transactions between you and your target audience, be it through sales or donations.
Effective websites are rarely born of templates or themes. Instead, they are products of clear goals, open dialog, and a design and development team capable of translating real needs into layouts and functionality.

Kind Words
“We went to Status Forward with one goal in mind: making our old website mobile-friendly. What we got was top-to-bottom new design, capabilities we hadn’t dreamed of and search-engine visibility far beyond our expectations. What was really great was that Laurel was very focused on our mission and needs as a non-profit organization, such as giving us a way to harness people’s desire to do good with us, not just to donate. Now hundreds of people have used the website to sign up for a breadth of volunteer opportunities, which has deepened the engagement of our base, and our connection to the people who make our work possible.”

Frequently Asked Questions
You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.
Does it include SEO?
Yes. We’ll optimize your key landing pages, help build an editorial calendar based on SEO strategy, and provide training on easy to use SEO tools we’ll build into your website’s admin area.
What will this cost?
Because every website is different, it is impossible for us to determine the necessary investment until we discuss your goals and determine a well-defined scope of work. That is why we start with the right questions. We often begin a project with a trail mapping phase where we define the destination and work out the coordinates to follow. This initial phase can range from $3-$5K, and this investment is then applied toward the full website project once we have a clearly defined map. Recent website projects have ranged from $8K to $54K.
How long will it take?
The answer to this question is largely dependent on you. If you have a single decision maker or point of contact for us, and can be available to provide input and feedback at agreed upon times, then a full website project could be done in 4-6 weeks. If there is a committee involved or it will take you a long time to get content created or approved, then it could take a lot longer. We discuss timelines very early in a project, and prefer to keep things on as short of a schedule as is realistic.
What if I already have a website or have one started?
We work primarily with website redesigns. If you have a site that isn’t working for you, then we’ll likely recommend a full rework based on clear and measurable goals. If, however, you have a website that is doing a fairly good job of accomplishing your goals, but needs technical improvements and/or content optimization, we do offer a tune-up service in some cases. Contact us to talk it over.
Can you integrate my email marketing?
You bet. We always consider email optin forms as a key element on a website project. We also offer an email-marketing optimization service if you need help getting your list in order and creating email templates that are well designed and on brand.
