Sunvet Animal Wellness is an integrative and holistic veterinary practice located in Asheville, North Carolina. They offer a range of holistic testing and treatment options from nutritional counseling to custom vaccine schedules, to compassionate euthanasia. While most of their services are conducted in person, they also offer appointments to existing clients by phone or Zoom. Additionally, they sell high-quality nutraceuticals and natural supplements.

Sunvet Animal Wellness struggled with having many touchpoints with potential clients before all necessary information was communicated and acquired in order to book a new appointment. The challenge was determining how to better communicate Sunvet’s services and how they operate upfront, which is quite different from non-holistic veterinary clinics, instead of having to field time-consuming phone calls at every juncture.
Status Forward worked with Sunvet to identify and lay out each step of the intake process from educating potential new clients to closing new appointments. Additionally, the team discussed the problem areas: miscommunication, time-consuming operations management, and confusing website navigation and user flow.
After identifying the challenges and opportunities, Status Forward worked with Sunvet to create a new set of pages devoted to new patients that included what to expect, important forms, policies, and FAQs. Additionally, the team planned for new service pages to better communicate Sunvet’s various offerings.
The technical team worked with Sunvet to build digital forms in place of time-consuming PDFs and paper forms and built in newsletter signups and goal tracking in Google Analytics.
Status Forward was able to streamline Sunvet’s new client education and intake process, as well as apply an updated and cohesive visual brand.
