However, even in a popular tourist destination, it’s important to diversify revenue streams, which is why Asheville Bee Charmer decided to bolster its engagement with Status Forward to begin focusing on online sales.
In 2017, we updated and redesigned the website homepage to focus on driving traffic into the store. We redesigned the page and post templates, and we integrated pop-ups and graphical calls to action on key pages to better convert site visitors to both direct e-commerce sales and newsletter signups. Additionally, we redesigned the email templates for consistent branding and managed holiday-related campaigns.
